Will I be charged customs fees?
Customs fee is charged by customs offices in the destination country according to local rules and policies. For now, customs fees in the European Union are paid by the sender (Ame Morena) . For other countries, these charges are paid by the customers. Customers take full responsibility in case they refuse to accept a package due to import duties or taxes or do not attend the customs clearance process before the deadline, which may cause the package to be destroyed.
Delivery Failed Situation
Be sure to provide your address with specific details such as house number/building number/apartment number, if you have one.
We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempts caused by customers' negligent behavior. Negligence includes but is not limited to, no answer to the call, wrong information provided for delivery, such as order address/contact number/recipient name. In this case, we will not be able to issue a refund for you. Some logistics services may offer reshipment service within the country. Please offer your new address then. Reshipment normally takes 2-4 weeks. Hope for your patience.

Express shipping is not available for PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Delivery times for these addresses will take longer and there may be a risk of non-delivery. We will not be responsible for this.
