15 day return guarantee
We hope you like what you ordered, but if something is wrong, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery on most items in new condition.

How to return an item?
Step 1: Click on the (Help) icon found on our site at the bottom right.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at info@amemorena.com and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

Step 2: Send your items back following our support team's return instructions.

Step 3: Within 1-3 days of receiving your items and approval of your request by our warehouse, your refund will be credited to your original payment account or credit card, depending on your bank.

Please note that please do not send the returned items to the sender address from the received package. We will not accept any returns without you contacting us first.

Fees and Eligibility
All return shipping costs will be paid by the customer, unless there is a quality problem.

For a quality problem, our team will contact you to discuss the solution. Please pay attention to your email after the return request.

Please note that the following conditions are not considered defective in terms of quality:

Loose threads, rough edges, thickness, touch and color differences due to differences in monitor display are not quality problems.
Returns due to dissatisfaction with style, color, fabric, and changes in personal preferences do not constitute quality issues.
Damage due to use, washing, care, improper maintenance, self-repair, modification or other human factors does not constitute quality problems.
Please refer to our size chart to make purchasing decisions, as our service team can only offer our advice. Returns due to size issues do not constitute quality issues.
Due to differences in design and style between items, there may be slight differences between different items of the same size. Please refer to the actual measurements.
Conditions
All items must be in good condition, unused, unworn and contain all its parts with original labels/packaging.
Free gifts (excluding free stickers) must be in good condition, unused, unworn and returned immediately.
Underwear, underwear, swimsuits, socks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Clearance items are also non-returnable.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
Exchanges

Unfortunately we do not currently offer exchanges, but you can place a new order and initiate a return. The refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned package.
